ICE HOCKEY: Chelmsford Chieftains have announced a two-way deal with the Slough Jets of the English Premier League.
Under the agreement, the Essex-based club will act as a feeder club to their former English premier league rivals.
In addition to the Jets new team in ENL South Division Two, the Chieftains, who compete in ENL South Division One, will provide some of their upcoming young British talent on two way deals to the Jets.
Current Great Britain Under 20 coach, and Slough Jets head coach, Pete Russell was delighted to secure such an agreement. He said: “In the Elite League I know this kind of set up has worked well.”
