A Chelmsford man is a finalist in Future Legal Mind, National Accident Helpline’s award to find the brightest young legal talent in the country.
Thomas Mitty is studying Law at Oxford and is in with a chance to win a £5,000 prize, plus a coveted work experience placement at a top law firm.
Thomas has been shortlisted by a panel of industry experts alongside seven other students, and says he is overjoyed to be nominated for the top prize.
Thomas said: “A lot of work went into it, and I’m over the moon to have been recognised. Law is a competitive profession.
“The award will make a big difference to anyone- to help fund further studies, to stand out in applications, and as encouragement that they have what it takes to give it a shot.”
