The Dean of Chelmsford, Nicholas Henshall and the Bishop of Chelmsford, Stephen Cottrell
CHELMSFORD Cathedral's new dean was installed during a special service on Sunday.
Revd Nicholas Henshall was welcomed to the congregation before going through a ceremony led by Bishop of Chelmsford Stephen Cottrell to celebrate his arrival.
Afterwards he told the congregation to go and spread the word of their faith.
Revd Henshall said: "“The core worshipping life of the Christian community is about meeting God face to face, being transformed by that encounter, and then being sent out to live it.”
