READ Rita Ann Former Clinical Nurse Specialist of Diabetes Care, passed away peacefully at Broomfield Hospital on 21st May 2023, aged 83 years. Loving Wife of Jack, much loved Mum to Kym, Mother-in-Law to Dave and devoted Grandma to Callum and Holly. Funeral Service at Chelmsford Crematorium on Thursday 29th June 2023, at 12:30pm.
