FOOKES Simon Charles Passed away on 12th June 2019, aged 47 years. A much loved Husband, Dad, Son, Brother, Uncle & Friend. His funeral service will take place at St Mary's Church, Bocking on Friday 12th July at 2.15pm followed by private committal service. Family flowers only please. We are all so very grateful for your generosity which helped to fund Simon's treatment. Donations, if desired, payable to a charity of your choice.
