ADCOCK Patricia Doreen Passed peacefully on Friday 15th March 2019 aged 79. Beloved Wife of the late Charlie, much loved Mum and Granny. Funeral Service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Monday 15th April 2019 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, but donations if desired are being received in Pat's memory for Farleigh Hospice c/o Richards Funeral Service, 78 Newland Street, Witham, CM8 1AH.
