POULTER Grace Louisa Peacefully on 2nd March 2019 aged 98 years. Dearly loved Mum to Carole and the late Colin. Devoted Nan to Rachel and Helen and Great Nannie to Daisy, Heather and Ruby. Service of thanksgiving will be held at St Mary and All Saints, Rivenhall on Monday 25th March at 12.30pm, followed by interment. Family flowers.
