HAMMOND Derek Richard Sadly passed away in Broomfield Hospital 31st January 2019, aged 82 years. Dearly loved Husband to Julie, much loved Dad to Stephen, Sally and Sara and a loving & helpful Grandad & Great-Grandad. Funeral Service to be held at Three Counties Crematorium, Braintree, CM7 5PB, Thursday 28th February 2019 at 11.30am. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, made payable to 'The Lewy Body Society' and sent c/o Braintree Co-op Funeral Directors, 6 Clare Road, Braintree, CM7 2PA. 01376 551951.
