COOK Leslie Frank Peacefully passed away on the 21st January 2019 at Valentine House, Silver End, aged 95 years. A loving Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. The Funeral service will be held at St Nicolas Church, Witham on Wednesday 13th February 2019 at 1.00pm followed by internment at Witham Cemetery. Flowers welcome.
