SMITH Verity Passed away peacefully at Broomfield Hospital on 5th November 2018 aged 67 years. Beloved Wife to Keith, dear Mum to Daniel and Mother-in-Law to Louise. Loving Nanna to Rory, Oliver and Toby. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Three Counties Crematorium on Tuesday 27th November at 1.30pm.
