OVERALL Eric "Jack" Passed away peacefully in hospital on 3rd April 2018, aged 93 years. Loving Husband to the Late Gladys. Dearly loved Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Funeral service to be held at Three Counties Crematorium on Friday 4th May 2018 at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please.
