ROGAN Rosie Passed away peacefully at Park View Nursing Home on Thursday 25th January 2018 aged 97 years. Sadly missed by all. Funeral Service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Thursday 22nd February at 11am. Wear bright colours by request.
