HOPE Janet Rosemary Annabel Peacefully in Hospital on 24th December 2017, Janet aged 77 years. Beloved Wife of the late John Hope, loving Mum of Rebecca, Sarah, Julie and Janine, treasured Granny of Zachary, Niamh, Oliver, Finn, Laurie, Arthur, Eva and Libby. Funeral Service will take place at St Anne's Church, Tottington on Friday 26th January 2018 at 10.45am followed by Committal at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in lieu of flowers can be made to N.S.P.C.C or Alzheimer's Research. Sad to hear of the death of my music teacher. An inspirational lady who had the ambition - and courage - to stage the Messiah, Gilbert & Sullivan et al with a Secondary Modern school choir! Janet later became a friend and raised funds for the NSPCC around Cressing with her own choir of friends & ex-pupils. My condolences to her family. Karen James.
