EVANS Patricia Phyllis 'Pat' The family are very sad to announce her sudden passing on 2nd August 2017, aged 81 years. The funeral service will take place at Three Counties Crematorium on Wednesday 30th August at 12.00 noon All who knew her are very welcome. Family flowers only please.
