CHAPMAN William Frank Passed away peacefully on Monday, 7th August 2017, aged 89 years. Funeral service to be held at St Peter & St Paul, Black Notley on Monday 21st August 2017 at 2pm, Followed by interment at Braintree Cemetery at 3pm.
