WALLACE Dulcie Noreen Passed away on Wednesday 14th June 2017 aged 85 years. Beloved Wife to Bill, a much loved Mum to Jean and Sheila and Mum in law to Brian and Steven. Her Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 27th July at 12pm at Three Counties Crematorium, Halstead Road, High Garrett, Braintree.
