Jennifer Holben. (Neé) Poulter 1948 - 2017 Passed away peasefully 13th May Beloved Wife of Bryan, Mother to Jason, Nan to Sophia, and Great Nan to Harry, Jacob, & Charlie. Sister to Robin & Margaret. Missed by all who loved her. Cremation at Three County's Crematorium, 2nd June 1 oclock. Family flowers. Any donations to Cancer Research
