CHAPMAN Michael John Passed away peacefully after a long illness on 21st April 2017 aged 80 years. Husband of the late Frances May, Dearly loved Dad and Grandad who will be sadly missed. Funeral Service to be held at Three Counties Crematorium on Friday 19th May at 12 noon.
