WOOLMORE Caroline Ann Passed away peacefully after a long illness on Saturday 11th February 2017. Aged 68 years. Loving Mum, Nan and Great Nan who will be sadly missed by all. Funeral Service to held at Three Counties Crematorium on Tuesday 28th February at 4pm.
