SMITH, Patricia Ann (Nee Stephens) Passed away on 15th January 2017, aged 80 years. Patricia was dearly loved and will be missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, 2nd February at Three Counties Crematorium at 1pm.
