LEONARD ALBERT 'LEN' PAINE

PAINE Leonard Albert “Len” Passed away peacefully at Broomfield Hospital on 1st December 2016, aged 83 years. Beloved Husband to Margaret and Father to Jenny, Chris and Richard (Wiz) who will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Thursday 29th December at 11.30am. All Welcome. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Essex Air Ambulance c/o East of England Co-op Funeral Services, 115b Newland Street, Witham, Essex CM8 1BE. 01376 520870.

We are very sorry to hear of Len's death. We lived next door to each other for 41 years until my wife and I moved out to retire to Malta, though the children are still in Essex with my daughter visiting Margaret on many occasions. Len was all you could want in being an excellent neighbour and nothing was ever to much trouble whatever time of day and night. He will sorely be missed by my family!
