CHAMBERLAIN Teresa Ann Sadly passed away peacefully after a short illness on 16th June aged 61 years. Dearly loved Wife, Mother and Grandmother who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to take place on Thursday 7th July at Chelmsford Crematorium at 2.30pm followed by refreshments at the RAFA Club, Witham. All welcome.
