Notice is hereby given that Brian Peter Clarke
of 13, Walford Place, Chelmer Village, Chelmsford, Essex. CM2 6PG, has applied to the Judge at Chelmsford County Court, for a Bailiff’s Certificate.

Any person who knows of any reason why Brian Peter Clarke, is not a fit and proper person to be granted a bailiff Certificate should write to the Court Manager at, Chelmsford County Court, Priory Place, New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex. CM2 0PP, before 7th November 2012.
