Whereas the plaintiff did file summons and declaration under case number HC 886/12 before the Bulawayo High Court and did apply to the High Court of Zimbabwe, Bulawayo for leave to sue and serve you EXCELLIA MADADE GAMBO the Defendant by way of publication and the said court having issued summons and declaration for divorce and ancillary relief. Now therefore the said Honarable Court having taken the prayer of the said Plaintiff into consideration and granted same, accordingly, you the said defendant are hereby summoned to either in person or by proxy, enter appearance to defend with the Registra of the High Court at Bulawayo within thirty (30) days after the date of the citation to answer the said ALFRED MAKHONJWA in an action herein he claims that the parties matrimonial property being stated number 3224 Magwegwe township and stand number 5644 Nketa 7, Bulawayo be sold and the proceed be shared equally or for the applicant to be awarded stand number 3224 Magwegwe township and the Respondent stand number 5644 Nketa 7, Bulawayo. FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT if you do not enter an appearence to defend or give other answer to the claims set out above to the Plaintiff's Legal Practitioners whose fulladdress is set out below the matter will be dealt with a unopposed by the High Court of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe without further notice to you.
