We, the Chelmers Village Hall Management Committee have applied to Chelmsford City Council for a variation in the premises licence in respect of Chelmers Village Hall for the following licensable activities: From 10.00 a.m. to midnight Monday to Sunday and until 00.30 a.m. on New Year’s Eve for the following: Alcohol, Plays, Films, Indoor sporting events Live music,Recorded music, performances of dance, Provision of facilities for making music. Provision of facilities for dancing.Provision of facilities for entertainment of a similar description to provision of facilities for music and dancing.Late night refreshment.Removal of private members club.
Interested parties may view the register of the Licensing Authority during normal working hours at The Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE
Any representations by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the above address by 16th July 2012.
