We, the Chelmers Village Hall Management Committee have applied to Chelmsford City Council for a variation in the premises licence in respect of Chelmers Village Hall for the following licensable activities:From 10.00 a.m. to midnight Monday to Sunday and 00.30 a.m. on New Year’s Eve for the following: Plays, Films, Indoor sporting events.Live music, Recorded music Performances of dance, Making music, DancingEntertainment of a similar description to that falling within making music or dancing.Provision of late night refreshment Removal of private members club.

Interested parties may view the register of the Licensing Authority during normal working hours at The Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE
Any representations by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the above address by 4th July 2012.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary to a maximum fine of £5,000
