Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice under Article 13

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Anglian Water Services Ltd for the erection of a MCC Kiosk measuring 10m x 4m and 4.85m in height to house electrical control equipment at Chelmsford Sewage Treatment Works, Brook End Road, Chelmsford - ESS/61/11/CHL

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application together with other documents submitted with it at Chelmsford Borough Council Planning Office, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE and Great Baddow Library, 27 High Street, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, CM2 7HH during normal opening hours and at Essex County Council at the address below (please call for an appointment on 01245 435555) from 19 January to 9 February 2012.

Anyone who wishes to make representations or objections in respect of this application should e-mail them to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk or write to the undersigned by 9 February 2012.

Any such representations or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public.
