(Wickford Road, South Woodham Ferrers/ Rettendon And Woodham Road, Rettendon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close the following lengths of road in South Woodham Ferrers/Rettendon:
Wickford Road, South Woodham Ferrers/ Rettendon
From its junction with A132 Burnham Road, southwest, for a distance of approximately 450.56 metres, to its meeting with Woodham Road, its entire length.
Woodham Road, Rettendon
From its junction with Main Road (Rettendon Turnpike), to its meeting with Wickford Road, a distance of approximately 3,370.49 metres, its entire length.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 23 January 2012 for 10 days between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway machine in-lay patching works are undertaken.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The alternative route will be via A132 Burnham Road.
The Order will come into effect on 23 January 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(A130 Essex Regiment Way, Springfield) (Right Hand Turn) Order 20** The Essex County Council (A130 Essex Regiment Way And A1016 Chelmer Valley Road, Chelmsford) (Bus Lane) Order 20**

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Orders under Sections 1-4 and Parts Ill and IV to Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the orders: (i) To reduce the length of bus lane on the following length of road in Chelmsford to:
A1016 Chelmer Valley Road (Northeast bound)
From a point approximately 21.9 metres southwest of the roundabout junction with Lawn Lane, southwest, for a distance of approximately 118.1 metres.
Buses, taxis, motorcycles and pedal cycles will be permitted to use the bus lane on the above length of road.
The Essex County Council (A130 Essex Regiment Way and A138 Chelmer Valley Road, Chelmsford) (Bus Lane) Order 2010 is hereby revoked and its contents will be added to this Order.
(ii) To introduce a right hand turn only movement for vehicles in the bus lane from A130 Essex Regiment Way into A1016 Chelmer Valley Road, Springfield, at the White Hart Lane/Pump Lane roundabout.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 20 January 2012.
Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at Environment Sustainability and Highways, County Hall, Chelmsford.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Domsey Lane, Little Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Domsey Lane, Little Waltham in the Borough of Chelmsford, from its junction with Pratts Farm Lane, north to its junction with Cranham Road.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 30 January 2012 for 3 days between the hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to replace pole and cable and tree cutting is undertaken by BT.
The alternative route will be via Pratts Farm Lane - A130 Essex Regiment Way - Wheeler's Hill - Cranham Road and vice versa.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 30 January 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Goat Hall Lane, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Goat Hall Lane in the Borough of Chelmsford, from its junction with Horse and Groom Lane in an easterly direction for approximately 30 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 February 2012 for 1 day or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer jetting works are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Goat Hall Lane - Bekeswell Lane - Margaretting Road - B1007 Stock Road and vice versa.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 1 February 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice under Article 13

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Lafarge aggregates for Continuation of use with importation of non hazardous waste to restore the land without compliance with conditions 3 (completion date) and 31 (removal of structures) attached to planning permission ESS/02/09/CHL to allow an extended time period for infilling of the site from the 31st March 2012 to 31st March 2015 and restoration of the site from 31st December 2012 to 31st December 2015 in order to allow restoration of the site to be completed at Roxwell Landfill, Brittons Hall Farm, Near Chelmsford, Roxwell, Essex, CM14LT - ESS/60/11/CHL
The proposal affects the setting of Tenement House which is a Grade II Listed Building.
Footpath 37, 40 and Bridleway 33 is affected by the proposal.
