I, Warren Thomas have applied to Chelmsford Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of The Farm Shop, 196 Moulsham Street for the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Mon - Sun 07.00hrs - 22.00hrs.
Interested parties may view the register of the Licensing Authority during normal working hours st The Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE.
Any representations by a responsible authority or interested party must be made in writing to the above address by 3rd February 2012.
