DECEASED ESTATE – s27 of Trustee Act 1925 RE: BRIAN CLIFTON JONES
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the estate of the late Brian Clifton Jones, retired Builder, of 40 Albermarle Link, Chelmsford, CM1 6AG, who died on 24th January 2015, should send particulars in writing to The Will Associates Asset Management Ltd at The Old Magistrates Court, Cheshire Street, Market Drayton, Shropshire, TF9 1PH by 15th July 2016. After this date the personal representatives will convey or distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, whether formal or not, of which the personal representatives then had notice and shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have not had notice at the time of conveyance or distribution.
