NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application has been made by Kelly Sutton for a premises licence to Chemsford City Council for a premises known as Tea on the Green, 3 Eves Corner, Danbury, Essex, CM3 4QF for the following licensable activities;
Sale and Supply of Alcohol (9am - 6pm) (Monday-Sunday)
Hours premises are open to the public are (8.30am - 7pm) (Monday- Sunday)

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
