Notice of application for a new PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Sabaratnam Ratneswaren has applied to Chelmsford City Council for a new Premises Licence at Writtle Road Convenience Stores, 2 Writtle Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3BX to allow the following licensable activity:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only Monday to Sunday 06:00hours to 23:00hours

Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 17th November 2015.

Persons wishing to inspect the register or a record of this application may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 (£5,000.00).
