Application for a New Premises Licence

A new application for a premises licence has been submitted to Chelmsford City Council for White Elm Garden Centre & Tea Room, White Elm Road, Bicknacre, Chelmsford, Essex CM3 4LR.

The licence is required for the purpose of selling alcohol within our Tea Room. The licence would allow us to sell alcohol from 10am until 6pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 10am until 4pm.

 The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE during normal working hours (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 14th August 2015.
 Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
