Notice is hereby given that Bake n’Grape Limited has applied in respect of 12 Baddow Road, Chelmsford, CM2 0DG for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The licence is to allow for: Supply of alcohol and recorded music: Monday – Thursday 06:30 – 23:00, Friday – Saturday 06:30 – 01:00, Sunday 06:30 – 22:30. Live music: Friday 18:00 – 23:00, Saturday 10:00 – 23:00, Sunday 10:00 – 22:30. Late night refreshment: New Year ’s Eve, until 02:00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 12th June 2015 to Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
