Application for a variation of a Premises Licence

Chelmsford & Mid Essex Branch of CAMRA do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Chelmsford City Council for a variation of a Premises Licence at Admirals Park, Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, CM1 2PD

The application is to:-
Sale or Supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off premises. 1100hrs to 0000hrs Monday to Sunday.
The Performance of Live Music, 1200 to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
Performances of Dance, 1200 to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
Provision of Plays, 1200 to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
Showing of Films including live sport, 1200 to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
Playing of recorded music, 1200 to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
Provision of entertainment similar nature 1200 to 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to licence@chelmsford.gov.uk not later than 13th May 2015.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE, during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
