Please note a new application for a new premises licence has been submitted to Chelmsford City Council for the premises known as Taco Bell and located at 218 Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0LR.


 The licence is for
the sale of alcohol & Food (on sales only) & Playing of recorded music and late night refreshment. Monday to Saturday Between the hours of 11:00 & Midnight 00:00
Sundays between the hours of 11:00 & 23:00
Provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday between the hours of 11:00 & Midnight 00:00.
Provision of late night refreshment Friday & Saturday from 11:00 to 03:00
Provision of late night refreshment Sunday from 11:00 to 00:00 (midnight)
Playing of recorded Music Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 00:00
Playing of recorded Music Friday to Saturday 11:00 to 03:00
Playing of recorded Music Sunday 11:00 to 23:00

Any responsible authority or person wishing to make representations on this or any application should do so in writing no later than 15TH APRIL 2015 to The Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE or by email on: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk

Any representation will be copied & notified to the applicant in their entirety and will be considered for the licensing authority.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5,000
