LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Heley Bargain Stores Ltd, 259 Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 4DP. Notice is given that Heley Bargain Stores Ltd, has applies to the Licensing Authority for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application is for:The selling of Alcholic Products on an Off-sales, Retail basis between the hours of 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Saturday, 10.00 to 16.00 Sunday. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Department, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1JE.

Representations must be received within 28 days of the date of this notice. The Application Record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
