NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of WILLIAM GEORGE BERRY deceased late of Flat 25 Spalding Court Cedar Avenue Chelmsford CM1 2UZ who died on 02 February 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the said Executor on or before 27th August 2014 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the Deceased amongst the persons entitled having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice
