Licensing Act 2003

Application for a variation of a Premises Licence Bespokeclub Ltd do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Chelmsford City Council for a variation of a Premises Licence at Judge Tindals, 6 Tindal Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1ER

The application is to:- Variation of licensable activities authorised by the licence and the times the licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities are for the following: sales or supply of alcohol, exhibition of a film, indoor sporting events, performance of live music, performance of recorded music, provision of anything of similar nature, provision of making music and late night refreshments from the hours of Mon – Sun 9.00am to 2.00am.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to licence@chelmsford.gov.uk   not later than Wednesday 30th April 2014.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE, during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
