LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN applicant is : Cuiming Wang on 12/11/2013 have made application to the Chelmsford City Council being the licensing authority for the purse of the above act. For the grant of a premises license in respect of the premises situated at an known as: Siam Wok 30 Duke Street, Chelmsford Essex CM1 1HY.

The relevant licensable activities are as follows to provide off sale sales of Alcohol between 1700hrs and 2230hrs Sunday to Thursday and 1700hrs to 2300hrs Friday and Saturday.Sale of Alcohol for all home deliveries and collection orders. Note: Collection orders would require minimum spend of £20 on food. No consumption on premises. No individual alcohol sale. No display of alcohol.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any persons must be made in writing to Chelmsford City Council City centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford Essex, CM11JE during normal working hours or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk  by 11th December 2013. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5000.
