Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Premises Licence

Zorba The Greek do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Chelmsford City Council for a new Premises Licence at 31-32 Viaduct Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1TS

The application is to:-

Opening Hours Every Day - 07:00 - 23:00
Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve 07:00 - 01:00
Live Music every day - 19:00 - 23:00
Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve 07:00 - 01:00
Dance every day – 19:00 – 23:00
Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve 07:00 - 01:00
Recorded Music every Day - 07:00 - 23:00
Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve 07:00 - 01:00

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to not later than 5th November 2013

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE, during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
