APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

The applicant has applied to the Licencing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activity.

1.For the storage of alcohol used by a delivery service on Wednesday’s 20:00-04:00, Thursday’s 20:00–04:00, Friday’s 20:00–06:00, Saturday’s 14:00–06:00 and Sunday’s 12:00–03:00

Any interested party or responsible authority (As defined by the Licencing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licencing Authority no later than 11th June 2013 Any representations must be made to the Licencing Authority must be in writing.

 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000
