Proposed Minerals Extraction -

North East Chelmsford, New Neighbourhood Area

We want your views

Planning permission exists for the extraction of sand and gravel at Bulls Lodge and Park Farm, located to the north east of Springfield. A relatively small area subject of this permission falls within the new neighbourhood development proposed by Countryside Zest (application ref: EIA/01314/09).

It is proposed to bring forward the extraction of sand and gravel in this area. The sand and gravel would be extracted during the construction of the new neighbourhood. A new planning application proposes to achieve this.

Countryside Zest are holding a public exhibition to explain this new planning application.

The exhibition is to inform local residents and interested parties of the proposals.

Please come along to give us your views. Representatives from Countryside Zest will be available to answer your questions.
