(West Hanningfield Road, Great Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close West Hanningfield Road, Great Baddow, in the Borough of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 805 metres south of its junction with Church Street, south, for a distance of approximately 200 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 12 March 2012 for 1 day, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while BT undertake pole and cable replacement works.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The alternative route will be via Church Street, Galleywood Road, Brook Lane, West Hanningfield Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cherry Garden Lane, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Cherry Garden Lane, Danbury, in the Borough of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 90 metres east of its junction with Landisdale, east, for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 20 March 2012 for 3 days, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while a new gas connection is made.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The alternative route will be via A414 Maldon Road, Hyde Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice under Article 13

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Mr Gary Sharp for a waste storage and recycling centre for demolition and construction waste. Proposed associated development to include the installation of a weighbridge, office portacabin, various containers and bays for the storage of material, a 2m high perimeter fence and the construction of a new internal access and road at land at Ashtree Farm, Roxwell Road, Boyton Cross, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 4LP — ESS/14/12/CHL.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Essex & Southend Waste Local Plan (2001) and the Chelmsford Borough Council Core Strategy and Development Control Policies, Local Development Framework 2001 - 2021 (2008) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it at Chelmsford Borough Council, Planning Office, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE and Writtle Library, 45 The Green, Writtle, Chelmsford, CM1 3DT during normal opening hours and at Essex County Council at the address below (please call for an appointment on 01245 435555) from 8 March 2012 until 29 March 2012.
