(West Hanningfield Road, Great Baddow)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close West Hanningfield Road, Great Baddow, in the Borough of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 805 metres south of its junction with Church Street, south, for a distance of approximately 200 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 12 March 2012 for 1 day, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while BT undertake pole and cable replacement works.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The alternative route will be via Church Street, Galleywood Road, Brook Lane, West Hanningfield Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lordship Road, Writtle)
(Restricted Road & 40MPH) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2), and Part Ill & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the orders: To introduce a 30MPH speed limit on the following length of Lordship Road, Writtle in the Borough of Chelmsford from a point approximately 80 metres north of the centre line of Mayfield Road in a generally north eastern direction, for a distance of approximately 90 metres.
The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Lordship Road, Writtle)
(40 M.P.H. Speed Limit) Order 1996' is hereby revoked. Part of the restriction will remain in force by virtue of the new order.

(Poplar Road, High Easter)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Poplar Road, High Easter, in the District of Uttlesford, from its junction with Rands Road, to its junction with Barnston Road.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 6 March 2012 for 2 days between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while BT undertake overhead cabling works and tree cutting.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The alternative route will be via The Street, School Lane, Barnston Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 6 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Watchouse Road/Galleywood Road, Great
Baddow/Galleywood) (40mph Speed Limit)
Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Orders under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Part III to Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 40MPH speed limit on that length of Watchouse Road/Galleywood Road, Great Baddow/Galleywood
in the Borough of Chelmsford from a point approximately 20 metres north east of its junction with Barn Mead in a generally north easterly direction, to a point approximately 70 metres south west of its junction with Dorset Avenue, a distance of approximately 705 metres (The road is currently derestricted).
