AN all–star cast is coming Chelsmford later this month for a show described as the “funniest farce in the forest!”
Comics Su Pollard and Canon and Ball are the stars as Robin and Marian are forced back together to fight the Sheriff once more, ten years afteramessy divorce in the production of Ha Ha Hood.
Now considerably older and rougher around the edges, audiences can join the merry pair to try to save the citizens of Nottingham.
Speaking to the Weekly News, Pollard – known for her role in the classic Hi-de- Hi! – said putting together the production was “really great fun”.
She said: “It’s a cross between a slapstick show and pantomime. There are some wonderful moments which will make for some great audience participation.”
The show is at the Civic Theatre from Tuesday, August 19, to Saturday, August 23. Go to www.chelmsford.gov.uk/h a-ha-hood
